ISU student Allen Savant will complete his degree 27 years after starting it

POCATELLO – At Idaho State’s virtual winter commencement ceremony on Dec. 12, 50-year-old Allen Savant will receive a training certificate from the College of Education and he is due to graduate with a workplace training and leadership Bachelor of Science degree in May.

College of Business launches first episode of its new Financial Literacy Radio Show

POCATELLO – The first episode of the Idaho State University College of Business’s Financial Literacy Radio Show aired on Thursday, Dec. 3. The show is hosted by finance professor and College of Business alumnus, Chris Chatwin. During the first episode, Chatwin interviewed alumnus and chief executive officer of ISU Federal Credit Union, Doug Chambers.

Idaho State speaker takes third, receives top honors for speaking ability

ABILENE, Texas – Idaho State University’s Joseph Tyler argued his way to top speaker and third-place varsity speaker Dec. 5 and 6 at the second annual Joseph Cardot Invitational hosted by Abilene Christian University. Tyler delivered an impressive 236 speaker points out of a maximum possible total of 240.
