Disability Services to Offer Accommodation Trainings for Faculty

To enhance partnerships and communications with faculty, Idaho State University Disability Services will offer training regarding the student accommodations process during the latter half of August and on September 1.

Political Science Students and Professors Publish Chapters in Book on Classroom Simulations

Doctor of Arts in Political Science students, James Pascali and Jonathan Blakeman, have recently published a chapter in a book about simulations in the political science classroom. The chapter, titled, "To Veto or Not to Veto: A Simulation of Presidential Decision Making" was co-authored with political science professors, Dr. Kellee Kirkpatrick and Dr. James Stoutenborough.

More than 35 paraprofessionals working in the Pocatello/Chubbuck School District 25 are set to receive full-tuition scholarships awarded by the Idaho State University College of Education to earn a college degree and teacher certification through the Paraprofessional to Certified Teacher (PaCT) program.
