Faculty and Staff Free Week at Campus Recreation and Wellness Center

Idaho State University Campus Recreation and the Wellness Center are hosting a free week for faculty and staff with a valid Bengal ID card as part of Employee Appreciation Week, April 8-12.

POCATELLO – Idaho State University announced that the first-place winner for the Eastern Idaho Science Olympiad that took place on March 30 is Hawthorne Middle School’s team.

Idaho State University VITA files record returns for the fifth consecutive year

POCATELLO – On March 28, the Idaho State University College of Business Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program finished off the tax season by completing 495 returns and 20 amended returns, surpassing last year’s record of 431 returns filed.

POCATELLO – Bruce Blair’s mother cried when she heard the news. Blair, an Idaho State University Doctor of Arts political science student and a first-generation college student, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to go to Finland.

Three ISU teams place in the Idaho Entrepreneur Challenge in Boise

POCATELLO – Last week, four student teams from throughout Idaho State University traveled to Boise to compete in the Idaho Entrepreneur Challenge. Of the four ISU teams that made it to the finals, three placed taking home a portion of the competition’s $100,000 in prize money.
