CAES Codebreaker Seminar Series features ISU's Larry Leibrock on cybersecurity

Dr. Larry Leibrock, a professor of computer science and information assurance at Idaho State University who holds a joint appointment with INL, will discuss “raspberry pi” and ways to protect your online passwords at CAES’ monthly Codebreaker Seminar Series on March 5 at 3:30 p.m. in the Center for Advanced Energy Studies Auditorium in Idaho Falls.

POCATELLO - The Physician Assistant Studies program began in a single-wide trailer 25 years ago at Idaho State University, with two rooms and 20 students. Now the program is spread across three campuses and is breaking boundaries with the latest in medical offerings.

Student-written book gains attention of PBS for a World War II documentary

POCATELLO – Over the last several years, the Idaho State University College of Business has offered a “Collaborative Creativity” class, led by Associate Professor Alex Bolinger, in which students research a historic topic and write a book together on that topic. Now one of the classes will be the subject of a PBS documentary.

ISU Rupp debaters make big statement

POCATELLO –  Idaho State University’s Rupp Debate Squad earned gold at a Climb Online debate tournament held Feb. 22-23.  The team delivered first-place wins in varsity open and junior varsity contests, as well as three of the top five spots in overall speaking honors.
