Students in the Spring 2019 production of

ISU Department of Theatre and Dance announces 2019-2020 season featuring all productions written by female playwrights

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s Department of Theatre and Dance has announced the 2019-2020 season, which includes four plays and one dance concert. All four dramatic productions are written by female playwrights.

University of Idaho Professor Andrew Kliskey, a leader in researching how communities adapt with changing environments, will serve as the next director of the Idaho Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR), effective Aug. 18, 2019.

POCATELLO - Idaho State University will host a range of entertainment during the 2019-20 “A Season of Note” series with all performances at the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center’s Joseph C. and Cheryl H. Jensen Grand Concert Hall at 7:30 p.m.

CAES Seminar: ISU GIS Director to discuss the evolution of wildfire in the West

On August 1 from 2:30 to 4 p.m., Keith Weber will discuss changes in the prevalence and nature of wildfires in the last few decades. Weber has led the Geographic Information Systems Training and Research Center (GIS TReC) at Idaho State University since he founded it in 1998.

POCATELLO – Bayer, the parent company of Monsanto, donated $10,000 to the Bannock Development Corporation for Idaho State University College of Technology’s Your Future in Technology, or YourFIT, scholarships on Monday, July 22.
