Members help set up a special event called Idaho Business Leader of the Year. This event allows members to meet and interact with local businesses on a personal basis. Members are also able to earn special certificates for free. AKP is also the largest and oldest business fraternity in the world. Being a part of AKP adds a great resume opportunity. Additionally, members can go to special AKP conventions where they can meet brothers and alumni from across the globe. The current president of AKP, Emilia Giokas majoring in Advertising, attests to this amazing opportunity, “There are thousands of brothers across the globe, the sense of community that I had felt being surrounded by like minded people is a feeling I will never forget.” 

ISU's business network is stronger because of groups like AKP. Members of AKP have shared how much the club has helped them find community and get involved within the school.
