POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s College of Arts and Letters has been approved to allow 90 high school students to take dual-enrollment credits on campus with ISU professors.

POCATELLO – In the new book “Resurrecting the Shark: A Scientific Obsession and the Mavericks Who Solved the Mystery of a 270-Million-Year-Old Fossil” to be released on April 4, author Susan Ewing combines her research with that of Idaho State University researchers Leif Tapanila and Jesse Pruitt to tell the history of the shark known as Helicoprion, also nicknamed “buzzsaw shark."

BOISE – Basic physical and dental exams and onsite testing for blood sugar levels and cholesterol are included in free services offered at a community health screening Thursday, April 13, 4-7 p.m., at Whittier Elementary School, 301 N. 29th St., in Boise.

POCATELLO – To raise awareness and help end the stigma of depression, Idaho State University Professor Shawn Bearden plans to run seven marathons in seven consecutive days on all of the Earth’s seven continents.

ISU College of Pharmacy students train Public Safety on use of emergency overdose medication

POCATELLO- Public Safety officers at Idaho State University now have the proper training to deliver emergency overdose medication thanks to Generation Rx, a group led by College of Pharmacy students whose goal is to prevent the misuse of prescription medications.
