Idaho State debate opens season with multiple honors

POCATELLO – The Idaho State University Rupp Debate Society team battled to the top at its season opener tournament. The Bengals earned first and third of the top four spots in the team competition, and two of the top-10 ranks for individual speaker quality.

Idaho National Laboratory has published “A Parent’s Guide to STEM,” a resource available to parents in both English and Spanish, that was a project led by INL summer intern Adrienne Petrovic, a sophomore at Idaho State University.

I Love ISU scholarship campaign benefits people like fifth-generation ISU student Cal Norby

POCATELLO — The annual I Love ISU scholarship campaign, which concluded Sept. 13, gives to local students who love Idaho State University. A case in point is Callan ‘Cal’ Norby, a 20-year-old, fifth-generation ISU student from Pocatello who is a junior majoring in chemistry with a minor in mathematics.

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s Homecoming 2018 will celebrate a variety of Alumni Association and Associated Students of ISU Student Activity Board events Sept. 22-29, culminating with the Homecoming Parade at 9:30 a.m. and football game at 2:35 p.m. in Holt Arena on Saturday, Sept. 29.
