ISU has awarded $14 million to new incoming fall 2018 freshman Idaho students

POCATELLO – Idaho State University is giving more than $14 million in Idaho Resident four-year recruitment, Step Ahead and Honors Scholarships to more than 2,500 new, incoming Idaho students who are admitted to enter ISU fall 2018.

POCATELLO — Jared Cantrell,  a senior  Idaho State University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering employee has received the ISU 2017-2018 Student Employee of the Year Scholarship and a $2,000 scholarship from the ISU Career Center and Scholarship Office.

MERIDIAN - Whether you are a collegiate athlete or a dairy cow, there is no substitute for good nutrition. Both Natalie Christensen, registered dietitian and Michael Siegersma, dairy farmer, took a considerable amount of time to highlight the importance of a healthy, balanced diet, for both humans and Holsteins, during a recent trip to Eagle Ridge Dairy near Kuna. Even Idaho State University’s mascot, Benny the Bengal, came along to spend some time down on the farm.
