POCATELLO – After being involved in the American Nuclear Society since 1994, Idaho State University Associate Dean of Science and Engineering Mary Lou Dunzik-Gougar was elected by Society members as U.S. At-Large Director for the American Nuclear Society (ANS) this summer.

POCATELLO – ISU Credit Union Chief Operations Officer Doug Chambers handed over an $8,000 check to the Idaho State University Foundation to kickstart the 35th annual I Love ISU Campaign.

ISU Homecoming Parade Sept. 30; entry deadline is Sept. 15 to avoid late fee

POCATELLO – Registration is open for the Idaho State University 2017 Homecoming Parade that will be held on Saturday, Sept. 30. Parade entries are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15. After this date a $50 late fee applies. No entries will be accepted after 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept.22.

University Women annual book sale set Sept. 7-9 at Reed Gym

POCATELLO – The Pocatello Branch of the American Association of University Women will hold its annual used book sale in Idaho State University’s Reed Gymnasium West Foyer on Sept. 7 from 5 to 8 p.m., Sept. 8 from noon to 7 p.m. and Sept. 9 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Patricia Z. Marincic is the new associate vice president for the Idaho State University-Meridian Health Science Center. She’ll manage campus operations, academic programs and facilitate community outreach, according to university officials.
