POCATELLO – A fishing derby Jan. 25 at Sportsman’s Park on the west side of American Falls Reservoir features a $500 first-place prize for the largest Rainbow trout and a $250 first-place prize for perch.

Idaho college and university presidents announce plan to freeze tuition next year

The presidents of Idaho’s four-year public higher education institutions today announced they will not seek tuition increases for resident undergraduate students in 2020.  This marks a significant step on behalf of the University of Idaho, Lewis-Clark State College, Boise State University and Idaho State University to address the issue of college affordability in Idaho.

250 graduates to be honored at Winter Commencement, ISU’s newest tradition

POCATELLO – At Idaho State University’s newest tradition – Winter Commencement – degrees and certificates will be conferred to more than 250 students at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, in Holt Arena.

ICCU gifts ISU College of Technology $450,000 worth of tech equipment

POCATELLO – The holidays came early for the Idaho State University College of Technology in the form of information technology equipment valued at about $450,000 that was given to ISU Information Technology Systems program by Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU) in mid-November.
