ISU Creative Jazz Academy
The 2018 Idaho State University's Creative Jazz Academy will be held June 18 to June 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. The academy will give students an opportunity to perform multiple ensembles, compose and arrange music, participate in a recording session, and work with special guests at ISU.
Conservatory Theatre Camp
Conservatory Theatre Camp offers a unique, hands-on learning experience for junior high and high school-age students of every performance and experience level. Camp will be held in the renowned Stephens Performing Arts Center on the ISU campus. This fun-filled week is packed with a variety of theatre classes and is taught by ISU faculty, outstanding students, and community professionals.
Summer Institute for Piano and Strings (SIPS)
The 2019 Summer Institute for Piano and Strings (SIPS) will take place June 24 to July 29. Through the Summer Institute for Piano and Strings, advanced pianists and string players in Southeast Idaho have the opportunity to rehearse, coach and perform chamber music designed for strings and piano. This week-long camp is for serious students who are entering 8th through 12th grades.
Marching Band Camp
The 2018 ISU Summer Marching Band Camp will take place July 10-12. During the intense and fun three-day camp, musicians will work with ISU music faculty and special guest artists to develop their music and marching skills.
