University Honors Program Envoy Members
Scholarly Scroll Editor
I am from Meridian, Idaho, and I graduated from Renaissance High School in 2017. Upon graduating from high school, I also earned my associate degree from Idaho State University. I am now entering my second full-time year at Idaho State as a senior. I am a Microbiology major and pre-med student considering a career in pathology or endocrinology. In addition to my participation in the University Honors Program, I am also a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Golden Key International Honor Society, as well as president of Mortar Board (Silver Tassel chapter). Last year, I participated in ISU’s cross country and track programs, and I continue to enjoy running and spending time outdoors in my free time. I am excited to be working as an Honors Envoy this semester in order to better serve the Honors Program. I can’t wait to start editing and compiling the monthly Scholarly Scroll newsletter as I collaborate with my fellow Envoys!

My name is Tyler Kness-Miller, and I am a sophomore majoring in Computer Science. This year is my first year to have the opportunity to serve with the UHP leadership team, and I am excited to work with both current and new Honors students.
I’ve always had a knack for computers, but when I’m not helping with computer issues, you can always find me either working and helping others. Cheering and yelling at the TV is also a common occurrence, as before I came to ISU, I played soccer for 12 years and I’ve always had a passion for the sport. During my first year at ISU, I’ve had the privilege to help in various volunteering opportunities, from helping the local Veteran’s Home put on the "Veterans Olympics” for their residents to helping upcoming students sign up for classes at Early Registration, and I hope to continue serving this community. I look forward to meeting all of you and serving as your Honors Envoy this semester!
My name is Abby Prow, and I'm a junior majoring in Microbiology with a minor in Ethics in preparation for medical school. I work as a research assistant in a psychobiology lab, and during the summer I work as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I truly have a passion for caring for others and I look forward to the challenge a career in medicine will bring. This semester I’m looking forward to continuing my role as a peer minister at St. John’s Catholic Center here at ISU as well as being an New Student Orientation leader. I’m excited to be a part of Honors Envoy and I hope to make this semester a great one!
