Volunteers Needed for An Opportuni-Tea | March 31 & April 1 @ Performing Arts Center
The UHP needs volunteers to help with the set-up, operation, and clean-up of the premier annual University Honors Program fundraiser, An Opportuni-Tea. All proceeds go to supporting UHP programming and scholarships. The UHP cannot make this event possible without the help of Honors student volunteers.
There are a variety of tasks to be performed within a flexible schedule. We will greatly appreciate any amount of time you can donate, even if it's only an hour or two.
Set-up of the Opportuni-Tea will begin at 2PM on Friday,March 31.
Final set-up, the event itself, and clean-up afterward will be on Saturday, April 1 from 8:30 to 3:30PM
Go to the Volunteer Sign-Up Form to see the types of tasks and give your availability. We are grateful for any time you can share!

HONORS PROGRAM AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
We are continually defining what it means to be an Honors student in an ever evolving program. Part of this definition includes a strong sense of community service and involvement, in addition to a commitment to high academic standards.
As a means for ensuring good standing, Honors students (regardless of their program status) are expected to participate in at LEAST ONE Honors activity each semester of their undergraduate career at Idaho State University. Opportunities are available through First Year Seminars, University Honors Program Club, Honors Envoy, Honors Mentors, and various university entities.
