Hi! My name is Bailey Brooks, and I am studying Health Science here at ISU. My overall goal is to attend PA school to become a medical professional my patients can trust and rely on. However, it took me a while to be sure what role in healthcare would suit me best and I ended up changing my major three times in my first two years here! So, if you ever need help figuring out what your ideal role is, I am more than happy to help. Currently, I am a CNA both at Portneuf Medical Center, Quinn Meadows (a SNF), and occasionally a caregiver to a close friend’s parent. I have been part of the Honors Program for three years now and am very excited to serve as a Mentor this upcoming year! Feel free to ask me any questions you may have about ISU, the Honors Program, classes, or anything else you may think of!
A few rapid-fire things about me outside of academics, I have three sisters and grew up playing allll the sports, but I am the only one who didn’t play in college (if you don’t count my volleyball class). I’m definitely a show series person and love Fleabag (obviously), Outlander, The 100 (I’m still mad they are taking it off Netflix), and kind of oddly, Band of Brothers and The Pacific. I may or may not have a problem driving around, wasting gas, and listening to the same few artists over and over again. I am a Phoebe Bridgers, Ethel Cain, Searows, and (unfortunately?) a $uicideboy$ girl to my core, so I am NEVER allowed on aux.
