Robin Lindbeck, Ed.D. is a Professor in the College of Education at Idaho State University, in the M.S. Human Resource Development and B.S. Workplace Training & Leadership programs. Before beginning at Idaho State University in 2016, Robin spent five years at Drake University in the M.S. Adult and Organizational Learning program. Prior to her university positions, Robin held senior HRD leadership roles for over 15 years with a variety of national and global organizations, and ran her own HRD consulting practice for over 15 years.
Robin received her undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin, holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Lesley College, and a C.A.S. (Specialist degree) in Teaching, Curriculum, and Learning Environments from Harvard University. She received her doctorate in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University. Robin continues to conduct mixed methods research in the areas of organizational effectiveness, leadership, and effective teaching practices.
