Occupational Safety Student Technician

Overview

The Environmental Health and Safety Department (EHS) is seeking to hire a 10 - 20 hour per week Occupational Safety Technician. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in the environmental/occupational health and safety field.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
• Able to work some 3 - hour time blocks each week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in environmental/occupational health and safety.
• Science/engineering /health science coursework.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Hours: 10 - 20 hours per week; Flexible schedule

This position is eligible for the Career Path Intern (CPI) Program.
