An international student is any student who is not a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident. If you are an international student, the International Programs Office (IPO) will process your application for admission.
In spring 2015, our more than 1,500 international students represented 62 countries and made up approximately 12% of ISU’s total student population.
Whether you’re a prospective international student looking to enter the university as a new freshman, a current student at another university looking to transfer to ISU, or a graduate student , the IPO is here to help. From admissions, applications, travel, and orientation all the way to life at ISU once you’re here, we’ve got you covered.
We’ve got admissions requirements and the application process laid out for you, whether you’re looking to enter ISU as a new freshman, a transfer student, or a graduate student.
