Salmon Steak with Lemon Pepper

Ingredients

1-2 lb salmon steak
1 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp Lemon pepper
1 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Dried Basil
3 TBS Olive oil

Two salmon steaks (raw) and two carrots, waiting to be prepared

Directions

  • Place a piece of tinfoil on a rimmed cookie sheet.
  • Drizzle some olive oil on the tinfoil and spread it around.
  • Place the salmon steak on the tinfoil above the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the fish with your choice of seasonings and rub them around gently to cover the fish and incorporate.  
  • Cover the fish with another piece of tinfoil.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes or until the fish flakes.  Fish is done when it is juicy but comes off in light pink chunks when you poke it with a fork.

Serve with vegetables!
