An ISU graduate and past college athlete (track and field, and soccer), Natalie leverages her personal experience as a college athlete and her professional education as a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) to empower ISU student-athletes with the skills and know-how required to eat well and optimize their performance.
Natalie is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition. She also recently became the fifth dietitian in the state of Idaho to become a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). The “CSSD is the premier professional sports nutrition credential in the U.S.,” according to the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN) practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. “Being Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics designates specific knowledge, skills, and expertise for competency in sports dietetics practice."
