Student Enrollment Verification

To provide a more efficient and cost-effective enrollment and degree verification process, Idaho State University has entered into a formal agreement with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to process written verifications of degrees, current enrollment, and past attendance inquiries.

Acting as ISU's agent, the NSC should be considered as a primary source provider.  The services provided by NSC are in full compliance with all applicable privacy laws and, in particular, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).

When requesting an enrollment or degree verification or other information through the NSC, keep in mind that current enrollment can only be verified after the last day to add/drop full semester courses has passed.

For students that last attended before 2008, please submit a Student Verification Request form.

Student Verification Request Form

Students that need to submit a form for verification of enrollment (such as good student discount or scholarship forms) will need to complete and submit a Student Verification Request form with the student’s form. The Student Verification Request form must include the student’s original signature.
