Description:
This is a year long post PA school residency in psychiatry hosted by the Department of Veterans Affairs in conjunction with Baylor College of Medicine Psychiatry Residency program. Program consists of 8 rotations in different psychiatric sub-specialties at the VA in Houston with weekly didactic sessions with the Baylor COM Psychiatry DO/MD Residents. Opportunities for concurrent trainings, research opportunities, and attendance in national conferences throughout the residency. Completion of the program will allow graduates to fast track and sit for the NCCPA Certificate of Added Qualification in Psychiatry. Applications are open until August 31st for the cohort starting in January 2026.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000
