Kallee Valentine, MBA

Kallee Valentine is the Director of Program Compliance & Strategic Initiatives for the PAS program. In this role, she partners with leadership to manage program-level compliance, accreditation, financial operations, and strategic initiatives. She originally joined the program in 2020 to support grant initiatives and subsequently served as the Admissions Director for five years. Prior to her time with PAS, Kallee held roles in university advancement, serving as the Director of Annual Giving for the ISU Foundation and the Donor Relations Manager for the University of Idaho Foundation. Her professional background also includes experience at the Kasiska Division of Health Sciences, Army Community Service, and a biotech startup in North Carolina. A proud first-generation college graduate from Blackfoot, Idaho, Kallee holds an MBA from the University of Texas Arlington. She also earned two BA degrees—one in International Studies and one in Spanish—from the University of Idaho, which included studying abroad at the Universidad del País Vasco in Bilbao, Spain.
