Idaho Teaching Engineering to Children (Idaho TECH)

Idaho TECH is a STEM competition sponsored by the NASA Idaho Space Grant Consortium (ISGC). Students in 4th – 6th grades work together in teams to design and construct Mars Rover models out of Lego® and non-Lego components. The teams will test their Mars Rover models at an Idaho TECH Engineering Design Competition (EDC), held in the following locations on their respective dates:
- Pocatello, Saturday, April 5
- Glenn's Ferry, Saturday, April 12
- Moscow, Friday, April 25
Idaho teachers, parents, or other community members are invited to put together at least one team of three to six individuals in 4th –6th grade. Please email idtech@isu.edu with any questions or to set up a phone appointment to help you decide if Idaho TECH is a good fit for you!
