Academic Course and Room Scheduling

The goal of the Office of the Registrar is to assist academic departments in creating and maintaining their list of course offerings each term. Each department has one person designated as the primary contact for all course scheduling needs.  All course scheduling changes should be processed through the Primary Department Contact. Faculty should not contact our office directly.  Department Schedulers are required to immediately notify University Scheduling of course cancellations, class limit increases/decreases, day/time changes, instructor changes, and classroom assignment requests.  For more information, please contact the University Scheduling Coordinator (schedule@isu.edu).

The Office of the Registrar is the primary scheduler for all University classrooms and computer labs.  These rooms can only be used by ISU academic courses, ISU departments, ISU student organizations, and ISU hosted events. We do not currently allow community usage of these spaces.  Requests for rooms will not be processed until all academic course scheduling for that term has been finalized.

NOTE:  Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in all academic spaces.
