Direct Deposit of Student Account Refunds

You can follow the steps below to enroll in eRefund (Direct Deposit) for your student account refunds.

  1. Log in to MyISU
  2. Navigate to the Online Fee Payment Card
  3. Select Proceed to TouchNet
    This step will prompt you to Proceed to TouchNet taking you to our service provider's site
  1. Log in to Bengal Web
  2. Select the Student Finances link
  3. Scroll down to Online Fee Payment and select Proceed to TouchNet
    This step will prompt you to Proceed to TouchNet taking you to our service provider's site. 
 
  1. Click Refunds (top) or on Electronic Refunds under My Profile Setup (right).
  2.  Select Electronic Refunds under My Profile Setup
  3. Click Complete Two-Step Verification. 
    • Select how you would like to receive a passcode, Text message to existing or new mobile number or Email message to existing or new email address.
    • Type the passcode received over text message or via email in the Verify Passcode box.
    • The passcode is a six-digit code.
    • Click Verify. (If the code was not sent to you, click Resend Code.)
  4. Select the desired refund method, Direct Deposit

You will be needing your Account Number and Routing Number as mentioned by the bank for direct deposit. If these numbers are not correct then the electronic deposit will be rejected and it will print a check instead.
