The Office of the General Counsel has a strong commitment to proactive legal education and offers workshops and trainings to the ISU community. Training topics include public employment issues, FERPA/HIPAA compliance, supervisor training, contract administration, public records retention, federal and state legal updates, and many others. Idaho State University is now using Jaggaer for all contract submissions. For Jaggaer training videos or questions about the finance side of Jaggaer please visit the Jaggaer training page.
Monthly Zoom training on contract and affiliation agreement submissions will continue on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 10:00 AM. This training will go over the basics of how to submit and monitor a contract or affiliation agreement. Jason will also field any questions you may have. To join the monthly training use this button.
The Office of General Counsel is also offering Jaggaer open hours from 10am-11am every Thursday of each month. This hour is for you to ask any Jaggaer contract questions you may have.
