• This is the only time during the year you can enroll in the NCPERs Life Insurance Plan and will not require medical evidence.
• Your insurance will be effective July 1, 2024, with your first payroll deduction on June 21, 2024.
• Coverage for your eligible dependents is automatically included in your monthly premium of $16.00/month.
• Provided are a few maintenance forms you can return directly to NCPERS if you are already enrolled but need to make some updates.
