On-Campus Apartments
Apartments are best suited for upperclassmen and non-traditional students. Students must be 19 years of age and have completed their first year of college to apply.
At least one staff member is on-call 24 hours a day to assist with any problems.
ISU students have four apartment options to choose from:
Ridge Crest
Ridge Crest is comprised of 2 -186x124.jpg)
bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom apartments and is located on upper campus near the Performing Arts Center.
McIntosh Manor
McIntosh Manor applicants can choose from a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout or a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout.
University Courts
University Courts offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments located on lower campus near the Public Safety office.
Pulling Courts
Pulling Courts is close to the Library and provides 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments.
