  • Lindsey is an alumna of Idaho State University and began her full-time career with Facilities Services in 2015. She first served as an Office Specialist II and Administrative Assistant I before moving into her current role as Management Assistant in 2017. In this position, Lindsey supports the Associate Vice President of Facilities Services and collaborates with all areas of the department.
  • Lindsey is a valued member of the Facilities team. Throughout her tenure, she has been a supportive colleague and a trusted friend to many across the department and campus. Known for her warm and welcoming nature, she consistently brings a positive presence to every interaction. Her contributions to our team have been deeply appreciated and her impact will be long remembered.
  • Lindsey enjoys the variety that her role offers and she values the collaborative environment that helps the team achieve their accomplishments. She takes pride in contributing to the success of both the team and the department.
  • Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, sampling new candies, and supporting others in reaching their goals. She also loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and her two cats.

  • Mandy is an alumna of Idaho State, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2019 with her Associate of Applied Science in Administrative Management. She is known for her warm and welcoming presence in the Facilities main office, creating a friendly atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. Her attention to detail and steadfast performance is appreciated by all in the department.
  • What Mandy enjoys most about working in Facilities is the collaborative atmosphere, the cheerful work environment, and her colleagues. She takes great pride in keeping the front office running efficiently and in supporting the coordination of maintenance issues to ensure the campus operates smoothly. She is very inclusive and loves bringing the team together, whether it be for a fun activity or a potluck luncheon.
  • Outside of work, Mandy loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and cats. She also enjoys relaxing with a vanilla latte, listening to music, going on camping trips, and finding new movies and tv shows to watch.

  • Mikayla is the Administrative Assistant II for Maintenance and Operations and has been with ISU for three years. An Idaho State University alumna, she graduated in 2020 with a degree in Global Studies. She assists the Maintenance and Operations team to help make sure the campus is comfortable, clean, and safe.
  • A proud Idaho native, Mikayla enjoys spending time outdoors in the garden or indoors crafting. Her true passion is food—both cooking and eating—and she’s always happy to swap recipes. She’s also up for a good cup of coffee and a chat with her fellow Bengals and friends anytime.

We work together to provide support for the entire Facilities Services department, and provide exceptional customer service to the faculty, staff, and students at Idaho State University.  Our support team works daily to ensure that Facilities is running smoothly and effectively, and the needs of our customers are met.  Some of the major duties assigned to the Administrative Support team are as follows:

  • Processing of Work Orders and Maintenance Requests
  • Processing and distributing keys
  • Working with Human Resources on personnel needs
  • Assisting with hiring students, part time, and full time employees
  • Tracking of department information
  • Assisting with department travel
  • Supporting each department with their individual projects, programs, and goals

Interesting Facts:

  • On average, we issue 200 keys a month
  • We process approximately 800 work orders and maintenance requests each month
  • We assist with personnel management for the Facilities Department, which consists of over 175 full time employees
