ISU Tuition Discounts

Idaho State University offers tuition discounts for eligible employees, their families, and employees of certain Idaho education agencies. These discounts are designed to make ISU more affordable while prioritizing benefits for ISU employees.

Who’s Eligible

  • ISU employees and their spouses

  • Dependents of ISU employees (undergraduate programs only)

  • Employees of Idaho peer institutions, the State Board of Education, and the Division of Career Technical Education

Eligibility, credit limits, and program participation vary. Contact ISU to confirm details before enrolling.

  • $5 per credit plus $20 per semester

  • Class and professional fees charged at published rates

  • Up to 50% off base resident tuition and consolidated mandatory fees

  • Discount applied after Pell, SEOG, and ISU-funded scholarships

  • FAFSA required
