Nutrition and Dietetics Support Specialist

Hi everyone! My name is Beth and I am an international student from a small rural town on the east coast of Australia. My town"s main industries are sugarcane, macadamia, and avocado farming.  I completed my undergraduate degree in dietetics at Idaho State University where I ran track and cross-country. I moved to Boise with my husband, whom I met on the track team, to complete my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetic internship. I am now approaching the end of the program and am excited to start my career, although I am still unsure of what area of nutrition I want to focus on! In my spare time, I love doing all sorts of outdoor activities with my husband and our two dogs. I particularly enjoy running, hiking, and cycling. My quiet time hobbies are reading, gardening, andexperimenting in the kitchen.
