Proctoring Services: Honorlock Online Proctoring
Idaho State University uses Honorlock, a trusted online proctoring service integrated directly into Canvas, to maintain academic integrity for online exams while providing a flexible and student-friendly testing experience. The system uses AI-assisted proctoring to flag potential concerns such as additional voices, cell phone use, or unauthorized navigation, while live proctors can intervene in real-time if needed.

The ISU Idaho Falls Testing Center (IFTC) can assist in reviewing the results of your online proctored exams. To request this service, please complete the Request for Assistance in Reviewing you Exam Results form. If you wish to have your recordings from the online proctored exams reviewed by the IFTC, a representative from IFTC will be added to your course under the name Idaho Falls Testing Center Reviewer (iftcreview@isu.edu.) They will be in contact with you for more information such as the exam availability and the deadline to have the exam reviewed.
