Office Hours

Fall / Spring Semester Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Summer Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Holidays: The ITRC will be closed for all ISU-observed holidays. 

Response Time

The ITRC strives to respond to faculty inquiries within 3 hours during operating hours. After-hour emails, voicemails, and chat messages will be addressed the next business day.
