Stuffed Celery

celery stuffed with cream cheese and microgreens

Ingredients:

4 ounces cream cheese

2 tablespoons finely chopped microgreens

2 tablespoons finely chopped carrot

celery stalks

 

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the celery stalks, cut into appropriate size lengths.
  2. Mix the filling ingredients together with a fork.
  3. Fill the celery stalks with the filling.
  4. Add your choice of toppings-raisins, dried cranberries, even add more microgreens!

Notes:

Find ways to make this recipe idea your own. Instead of cream cheeses, perhaps try peanut butter or hummus. Be creative and make the celery look fun and taste delicious!
