Current Known Issue(s)

• Wrong Date Format
  • For EPAFs with an index, when you have used "default from index" and save, the date format changes from mm/dd/yyyy to yyyy/mm/dd on the Job Begin, Jobs Effective, and Personnel Dates.  This will cause an error stating that the date format is incorrect. Workaround is to manually retype the date to the mm/dd/yyyy format and it will allow you to save it. We will post more information as it is available. Banner has been notified and they have not given a date for a resolution (Updated: 08/03/2026 at 2 PM).
• EPAF Issues with Earnings Drop Down and Routing Queue
  • This is primarily impacting Graduate Assistant EPAFs. Fill out the workflow que through the Labor Distribution Table. Click Save. Then fill out the rest of the form. The Save after filling out the the Labor Distribution Table is important. If missed, the Default Earnings Table may not load fully. If the Default Earnings Table is not loading, please save and exit the form. You can return to your EPAF through EPAF Originator Summary tile. The Earnings dropdown should now be working.
