Leadership Development

This program is designed to empower both emerging and experienced leaders at Idaho State University through meaningful professional development. Participants will explore essential tools and strategies for effective, strategic leadership while building a strong peer network for collaboration, idea-sharing, and cross-campus connection. Through interactive learning and self-discovery the program fosters key leadership competencies, helps participants identify and leverage their unique strengths, practice giving and receiving constructive feedback, and deepen their understanding of how to navigate and lead organizational change.

*Last day to register will be August 29, 2025. 

Leadership Development will be held via Zoom each Wednesday starting September 10, 2025, with a graduation luncheon held on December 03, 2025. Sessions will not be held on Wednesday, November 19th and 26th.
