Custodial Services
Custodial Services is responsible for cleaning and maintaining roughly 50 different and unique buildings totaling up to more than 3 million square feet of academic space across campus each day. On average, each custodian cares for between 20,000 and 42,000 square feet daily, helping provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Our diverse team consists of around 70 dedicated professionals and 15 - 20 part-time student custodians.

Custodial Transparency Center
Custodial Services is committed to providing a safe and clean environment to ensure the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff and visitors. Basic cleaning tasks are completed daily and we strive to ensure that every space gets a top to bottom deep clean, at minimum, once a year. This deep cleaning involves everything from walls to windows, and cleaning carpets or restoring hard floors.

Custodial Foreman Mark Cook directs and oversees Upper Campus. From Pocatello Family Medicine and Dentistry, on Past Gale Life Sciences to the Roy F Christensen building, up to EAMES and out to the Airport, our Upper Campus pod consists of 16 buildings. These are divided into 3 geographically close clusters, each with it's own Custodial Lead Worker.

Foreman Henry White covers a lot of ground each day, traveling between the Stevens Performing Arts Center, Frazier Hall, Public Safety and thru to Rendezvous. He assists and develops 4 lead workers with diverse teams across 20 buildings.
LOWER CAMPUS - THE QUAD << Make this a link to the Quad
Foreman Eric Overdorf oversees custodial operations on and around the quad. With the exception of the Student Union Building and Early Learning Center, Eric maintains the cleaning and maintenance standards of 14 buildings. Assisting him are 3 lead workers, and 20 custodial professionals.
