Resonance Tube

Materials: Glass Resonance Tube, Cup with Tubing, Resonance Stand, 2 Test Tube Clamps, Water, Tuning Fork

This demo is to show that tubes filled with water resonate at different frequencies depending on how much water it is filled with. The demo is used by getting water filled a little bit in the tube then using the cup to change the water level. While this is happening you can have a vibrating tuning fork at the lip of the tube and hear it resonate louder and quieter as the waves collide at certain frequencies.
