Educational Opportunity Center - Eastern

Our program provides extensive assistance throughout the financial aid application procedure, aiding newcomers to FAFSA, including individuals with limited financial resources. We offer specialized assistance for college applications, optimizing the likelihood of acceptance.

We also make it easier to transfer to a new college and provide resources for transferring credits and adjusting to campus life. Furthermore, we offer aid to individuals in effectively navigating the GED journey, furnishing educational materials and tailored strategies for exam readiness.

EOC-E (Education Opportunity Center - Eastern) actively seeks partnerships with private, government, and community organizations to meet participant needs. We collaborate with employers supporting career training and development. Our close ties with the Department of Labor and Department of Health and Welfare provide access to additional resources. EAP staff engage with inmates in correctional facilities to discuss post-release educational opportunities. Cultivating partnerships is integral to our mission in addressing diverse communities' education and employment needs. We welcome new partnerships to enhance our community service.
