ITS Service Desk
IT customer-care technicians are available to offer support and provide technical assistance to customers using software, hardware, and other IT systems. Our staff can provide guidance or troubleshoot problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to your computer. There are locations on all three campuses, as well as phone, email, and online chat available to provide assistance in whatever way is comfortable for the customer.
