Consider enhancing your education with a certificate.  Idaho AHEC partners with the Department of Community and Public Health and Spanish for Health Professions at Idaho State University to increase access to information and education about rural health, community health workers, and health equity for those whose first language is not English.

Rural Health Certificate

The ISU Graduate Certificate in Rural Health is a 15-credit program for graduate students and health professionals who currently practice, or intend to practice, in rural settings. 

 

 

Community Health Worker

The ISU Community Health Worker academic certificate is an 9-10 credits academic program that can be completed online or through a combination of live-online and in-person coursework. 

Spanish for Health Professions

The ISU Graduate certificate of Spanish for Health Professions is a 15 credits academic certificate which provides online and real-time courses in Spanish, interpreting and translation, and culture to graduate students.
