HCA Welcomes Dr. Ruiling Guo
The Health Care Administration Program is pleased to welcome Dr. Ruiling Guo to the faculty. Dr. Guo is an associate professor who earned a doctoral degree in Health Administration (DHA) from Central Michigan University, Master of Public Health (MPH) from Idaho State University, and Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from McGill University, Montreal in Canada. Dr. Guo has been working and teaching in academic and medical settings for many years. Her research interests focus on evidence-based management in healthcare, health policy, population health, managerial epidemiology, and evidence-based medicine/ practice. Prior to moving to Idaho, Dr. Guo worked in a general hospital and eye research center in China. Currently, Dr. Guo is a distinguished member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP), a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Public Health Association, and the Medical Library Association.
