How to Apply

The application process includes three steps

1)    Apply to and be accepted into an approved graduate program of study at Idaho State University listed below:

• College of Business Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• College of Science and Engineering Computer Science (CS)
• Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM)
• Department of Political Science Master of Public Administration (MPA)
• Please inquire if your desired program is not listed

2)   Please log into ISU's Bengal Online Scholarship System (BOSS) using your username and password (provided to you upon admission).

• BOSS log-in: https://isu.academicworks.com/users/sign_in
• Once logged in; answer the few general application questions.  Go to "opportunities" tab and then "recommended".  The National Science Foundation (NSF) Federal Cyber Service: Scholarship for Service will show up here.  If it does not; you can type "Cyber Service" in the search bar.

3)    Participate in a group interview, presentation, and writing exercise

Applications are accepted through June 1st for the Fall start date. Interviews are conducted in June. Students should be notified of their acceptance by the first week of July.
