ISU departments receive Idaho Humanities Council Awards

POCATELLO – The Idaho State Civic-Symphony Youth Orchestra, under the direction of Julie Sorensen, invites all to attend its annual fall concert, featuring the area’s best music students, on Dec.  5 at 7:30 p.m. in the Jensen Grand Concert Hall in the Stephens Performing Arts Center.

Split decisions: Idaho State University debaters claim online honors

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s Rupp Debate Society debaters narrowly missed the top berth Sunday at the Climb the Mountain Online Debate Tournament.  Bengal Debaters delivered second place in the final round of International Parliamentary Debate, and secured fifth place in the quarter finals as well.
