WestLaw Next

WestLaw Next access is provided to attorneys and pro se users in Bannock County. It is currently available on the computers next to the Law Library on the third floor of the Oboler Library only. 

Includes Legal Research Library: A complete legal encyclopedia with more than 400 titles that collectively describe the entire field of American legal doctrine.

It also includes all Cases and Statutes with State Gold-Idaho: State and federal cases, headnotes, statutes, court orders, court rules, and administrative decisions.
