Welcome to the Tab Auditorium Event Space

The TAB Auditorium is a spacious, theater-style venue available for large gatherings and live events. The space features fixed, tiered seating designed to provide an excellent view of the stage from every row, creating an engaging experience for audiences of all sizes. With built-in stage lighting and a quality sound system, the auditorium is well suited for lectures, keynote speakers, theatrical productions, plays, dance recitals, music recitals, film screenings, ceremonies, and other community events. Whether you’re hosting an educational program or a live performance, the TAB Auditorium provides a polished, welcoming space for the Idaho Falls community to gather.

Rooms may be scheduled outside of normal operational hours; however, additional fees may apply. Discounted rates are available only during normal Monday–Friday operating hours and require valid 501(c)(3) documentation. Weekend reservations and events held outside normal hours are billed at the standard community rate. All rates are daily rates and subject to change without notice.

We encourage you to submit your request as early as possible so we can plan ahead with you. Community (external) reservations are accepted once academic classes have been finalized for the requested semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer). University (internal) requests may be submitted earlier, with final confirmation provided after the academic schedule is set.
