Banquet Seating for Shared Moments

A banquet arrangement features guest seating around round or rectangular tables and is ideal for events focused on dining, conversation, and celebration. This setup works especially well for receptions, awards banquets, fundraisers, holiday parties, company dinners, reunions, and other social or community gatherings where guests can comfortably connect and enjoy a shared experience.

Rooms may be scheduled outside of normal operational hours; however, additional fees may apply. Discounted rates are available only during normal Monday–Friday operating hours and require valid 501(c)(3) documentation. Weekend reservations and events held outside normal hours are billed at the standard community rate. All rates are daily rates and subject to change without notice.

In many cases, yes—within campus guidelines. All equipment, décor, and setup plans must be approved in advance to ensure safety and protect the space. Our team can walk you through what is allowed.

Events held on campus are not required to use Bengal Dining directly, but all food and beverages must be provided by a Bengal Dining–approved caterer. Outside food or drinks are not permitted unless the caterer has been approved through Bengal Dining and any required waivers are submitted in advance.

If you plan to use a caterer other than Bengal Dining, a Catering Waiver Request must be approved, and requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the event.
