You will check in and pick up your tickets at the Pond Student Union, second floor lobby (Building #14). Signs will direct you to the check-in table. Tickets may be picked up at this location on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.
Please park in the General Lot (G01) on the west side of the Pond Student Union (14). You may park for free at the meters or in any available spot not marked reserved. Please see the campus map for exact location.
Yes, of course! Students can pick up the packet on Thursday from 11 a.m.-3p.m. at the second floor lobby at the Pond Student Union. At checkout please indicate that you want your student to pick up the packet at this time.

You may park on the north side of the Holt Arena (60) in the Reduced Parking Lot (G14). A special parking pass is included with the purchase of any football ticket. This pass will allow you into the lot at no charge. Please see the campus map for exact location.
Yes! You will exchange your game voucher for a ticket at the ticket office located on the south side of Holt Arena (60). This is the same location where your students enter. All tickets issued here are for general admission.

Unfortunately, no. Once an event is sold out that's all the event can hold. Our campus runs on a first-come-first-serve basis with all of our events, whether that is a ticketed event or not.

Tickets for basketball and football will need to be exchanged for actual tickets at the ticket offices located at Reed Gym for Basketball and Holt Arena for Football.
