The purpose of the ISU Management Consulting Association is to:
1. Facilitate the transition of ISU students into the management consulting industry, empowering them with the skills and confidence necessary to excel in consulting job interviews.
2. Bridge the academic and professional worlds of management consulting, focusing on overcoming the challenges faced by students from non-feeder universities in securing consulting roles.
3. Provide professional development, networking opportunities, and rigorous interview preparation, helping students gain practical experience and create supportive networks within the consulting industry.
4. Foster a community focused on the ethical and moral growth of its members in the consulting field, changing the narrative for ISU students and making consulting careers a more attainable reality.
